My name is Debora Bates, and I am a National Professional Certified Mediator with an MA in Law, specializing in Alternative Dispute Resolution. My passion for mediation stems from a deep desire to help individuals and families navigate complex challenges, particularly in domestic disputes, juvenile delinquency, and foster care dynamics. As a foster-to-adopt mom, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to my practice, allowing me to approach conflict resolution with empathy and a deep understanding of its delicate nature.

I was drawn to Criminal Justice because I wanted to be a lawyer at first but decided against that and worked in law enforcement departments instead.
